Account Manager Location:
Sheffield

Salary:
£ £25000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission

What will you be doing?

Ultimately you will be looking after existing clients, ensuring they are happy, looked after and being offered the best solutions for their needs.
Working closely with the technical solutions department ensuring quotes are accurate.
Providing first class customer service throughout the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
Track your activity on their CRM system, ensuring that everything is recorded appropriately.
Comfortably communicating with decision makers at differing levels.

What will you bring to the role?

Ideally you will have experience in a sales or account manager position.
Or perhaps, you will be an IT professional who has dabbled in customer service and is keen to move over to the commercial side.
You won't be afraid of talking to customers about IT/ technical solutions, however, don't panic if you haven't worked in IT or technology before, there are more than enough technical experts there to show you the ropes.
A hunger to close deals and add to your bonus pot But again, don't panic, this role is not hugely about KPI's, it's about building and maintaining relationships.
You'll be a car driver, as eventually you will be visiting their lovely customers face to face.
