The Customer Development Executive Role:
Your primary responsibility is to deliver estate management objectives across all National Lottery retailers to drive increased sales revenue, underpinned by our retailer principles and excellence in Customer Experience. Onboarding and training highly engaged retailers alongside delivery of projects to support the Retail business plan.
Role:
Currently available in the following territory - Manchester, Liverpool, M62 corridor
As a Customer Development Executive, you are the face of Allwyn for new National Lottery retailers within your designated territory. As a Allwyn ambassador, you will build retailer advocacy through positive relationships with our retail partners bringing them into the Allwyn family to maximise the sales of the National Lottery and the return to Lottery-funded good causes.
Requirements:
Essentials:
· UK driving license with no more than 6 points
· Live within a commutable distance to territory
· Ability to use IT packages and be IT literate
What could you have done before:
· Previous B2B sales experience - you could be in field sales or work internally in remote based sales or recruitment as an example
· You are a people person and confident speaking to retailers building great relationships and delivering training
· Can do attitude, focused on solutions
· Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
What is on offer:
· Base salary dependant on experience from £34-35,000
· Bonus: Annually up to 10% of base salary available upon achieving targets
· BMW 2 Series Hybrid Automatic Plug in - circa 8% benefit in kind
· Contributory pension scheme with a max Allwyn contribution of 8.5%
· 26 days holidays with bank holidays on top
