Your responsibilities will include...
• Demonstrating a deep enthusiasm for fostering early excellence by crafting a curriculum that allows each child to thrive across all areas of learning and development in this fantastic field.
• Possessing a solid grasp and insight into the Early Years Foundation Stage, translating this knowledge into engaging activities and play. Creating a learning environment that enables every child to maximize their potential.
• Being a proficient communicator, connecting effectively with young children, parents, families, and colleagues. Collaborating with external organizations and nearby schools to maintain strong partnerships.
• Planning and supervising the efficient deployment of caregivers within the facility. Upholding high standards of engagement and learning for others to emulate.
• Demonstrating a dedicated commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times, prioritizing each child's welfare and security to establish a safe and enriching setting for children to naturally blossom.
• Maintaining the established standards of organization and cleanliness within the Nursery School.

• Collaborating closely with the Nursery Lead/Manager and contributing to all facets of Nursery life
• Conducting daily risk assessments
• Performing staff evaluations and supervision
• Managing each child's educational journey along with all relevant paperwork
• Fostering and upholding an Early Childhood environment for all to excel
• Demonstrating a firm dedication to the policies, procedures, and ethos of the Nursery School
