Job Title – Project Manager (all levels)
Location – Manchester
Role Type – Permanent

Morson are currently recruiting for multiple Project Managers (across all levels from Project Manager to Project Director) to join a global property and construction consultancy firm.

They offer a range of services including project management, cost management, and advisory services for construction and infrastructure projects. The position is situated in Manchester and comes with a competitive salary, flexible working, and pension plan.

Your role will entail overseeing the execution of significant new construction projects, as well as extensive CAT A, B, and C fit-out undertakings across diverse sites within the North Region.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a background in construction project management, preferably with previous experience in project management roles involving public and central government clients.

Additionally, being a British National (British Citizen from birth) is mandatory as it is a vital prerequisite for obtaining security clearance.

Skills and experience:

Strong project management and/or programme management background following qualification.
Proficient understanding and applied experience of project management methodologies.
Competence in administering construction contracts in roles such as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, and/or Project Manager.
Comprehensive grasp of legislation affecting building contracts.
Exceptional communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
Methodical approach to tasks and work processes.
Aptitude for comprehending intricate information and promptly assessing requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting Business Unit Directors in achieving business goals
Actively interacting with clients and fostering, expanding, and sustaining client connections
Providing top-notch services and outputs to ensure they align with our clients needs.
Overseeing projects and/or programs to deliver top-quality services and outputs following business protocols.
Handling contracts in roles such as contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager
Creating and delivering presentations for clients
Guiding and supporting staff to help them reach their maximum capabilities.
Drafting proposals for services
