    Deputy Ward Manager/Charge NurseLocation: ManchesterSalary: £38,500 - £41,500 DOE +£5k bonus

    Hours: 40 hours per week

    The service is dedicated to providing innovative, high quality care and treatment for service users with challenging and complex needs, in order to enable their recovery and re-engagement with the community. We're looking for an experienced RMN who would like to build their leadership skills.

    Duties Included:

    Assisting the Ward Manager in providing day to day management and supervision of the ward.

    Assisting the Ward manager in providing management and supervision of a team of registered and unregistered staff.

    Requirements:

    • A relevant nursing qualification and current registration, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
    • Managerial Nursing Experience – preferred
    • Exceptional teamwork skills, coupled with self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
    • A deep-seated dedication to patient-centric care and adherence to evidence-based practices, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
    • A relentless drive for personal growth and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge base.
