    Are you a passionate and dedicated Immigration Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Our client is a reputable law firm, based in Stratford, who are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

    *Key Responsibilities:
    • Handling a variety of immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, and asylum cases
    • Providing legal advice and support to clients on immigration issues
    • Liaising with government agencies, courts, and other legal professionals
    • Drafting legal documents, including applications and representation letters
    • Representing clients in immigration hearings and tribunals
    • Keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy
    *Requirements:
    • Qualified solicitor with experience in immigration law (NQ or Experienced)
    • Business immigration experience preferred but not essential
    • Strong knowledge of immigration legislation and procedures
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients
