Reporting to Area Sales Manager at Allergan Aesthetics

Use SAP data to focus on target groups
Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning customer interactions accordingly, ensuring the call rate is achieved
To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organising, and technical knowledge in achieving target
Develop account plans for targeted accounts, demonstrating clear understanding of goals, objectives and tactics to deliver on the identified opportunities within the account
Co-ordinate the cross functional team to deliver on the account plans
Visit customers using competitor products to provide information on Allergan brands
Ensure that the Allergan e-Detail Aids are used in each account
Maintain contact and relationships with all existing customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of products within the private clinic setting and advice on "best practice" in patient management
Prepare quotes, prices and terms through the effective use of the commercial policy
Co-ordinates the running of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) training days and supports the faculty and AMI lead in the delivery of these.
Record accurate information for every call on the CRM system.Keep account plans up to date and accurate and demonstrate progress against the plans
Complete business plans, monthly expense reports, up-to-date account profiles and computer customer database.
Participate in team meetings sharing knowledge, information and ideas with members of the Facial and Medical Team
Works with the AMI Lead to deliver the AMI training plan.
Collaborates with the other members of the Medical team, in particular our Commercial team colleagues to support our customers and develop business opportunities across the portfolio range.
A proven sales track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (preferably within a commercial healthcare / aesthetics industry)Demonstrate creative and BOLD behaviours
Collaboration across the business unit
