- Answering all relevant phone calls and transferring them to the relevant person, whether that be the General Manager, the Lettings Manager, or the Maintenance team.
- Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors.
- Notifying the correct person that a visitor has arrived to see them.
- Look at any receipt of any mail, document, packages, and deliveries, and distribute the items to the correct people.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and be the first point of contact for any queries.
