Head of Operations


Here at LivGreen we are a specialist Retrofit Contractor which provides a one-stop-shop for social and private landlords in delivering high quality retrofit projects.

We prioritize teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently looking for a Head of Operations to join our growing team.

You will be overseeing the national management of our FM service and strategic development of the contract to support both client and business objectives.

As the Head of Operations, you will have responsibility for the performance of the contract and ownership of the agreed service levels across Retail and Corporate buildings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, motivate and develop the team of Regional Operations Managers across the country.
  • Sets objectives and manages performance of the team to ensure overall delivery of strategy/KPIs.
  • Manage the maintenance, repair and renewal of the structure and fabric of client retail branches and corporate offices.
  • Manage the delivery of cleaning, waste, security, catering and any other FM delivered workstreams.
  • Primary stakeholder and point of contact for internal business deliveries, including Technical Service, Retail High Street Cleaning, Waste, Security and Catering
  • Proactive and reactive internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
  • Ensure the service delivery meets client expectation levels through documented SLAs/KPIs and associated reporting processes. (PPM/PP-C, overdue jobs, job category analysis, regional reporting, SORs etc)
  • Drive savings, efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement with the service delivery model.
  • Focus on service delivery improvements and innovations that enhance the company's reputation as a world class service provider.
  • Sets clear objectives and strategies to ensure all clients receive consistent and firstclass delivery of service.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience managing the delivery of hard or soft facilities services in a corporate environment.
  • Can demonstrate strong careers and successes in large complex, organisation in either Facilities Management or Building Services or those sectors close to engineering support services.
  • Senior level management experience over a large operating region
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence.
  • Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the Organisation.
