Arm Operations mission is to enable strategic outcomes for the organisation through integrated planning, governance, delivery, and insights infrastructure.We are looking for a passionate Director of engineering effectiveness, who will work in partnership with arm engineering groups, this role will be pivotal in crafting and optimizing engineering methodologies, processes, metrics, and reports to increase efficiency and bring wide alignment with arm strategy.
# You will lead a large team for whom you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and line management (including assisting with the development of careers, mentoring and coaching, managing accountabilities and objectives).Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS/MSc) in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering - although other degrees will be considered with relevant work experience.
A passion for developing people and helping them advance their careers.Experience in defining and embedding engineering methodologies, processes, metrics, and reports that increase engineering efficiency and bring wide alignment.
Team and people management, with consistent track record working with global teams.
