    Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a challenging and dynamic role?


    We are seeking a motivated Payroll Manager to a team in Northern Ireland, overseeing payroll operations for clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

    Spearhead project management for client onboarding, covering implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
    Monitor commercial team performance, analysing resource usage to exceed department and firm budgets.
    Provide escalated challenge resolution support to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team.
    Ensure accurate technical guidance aligned with client needs and contribute to strategic planning and technology adoption.
    Conduct advanced technical research and communicate insights effectively in client meetings or in writing. Lead project management for client onboarding, overseeing implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
    Supervise commercial team performance, analyzing resource utilization to surpass department and firm budgets.
    Offer escalated support for resolving challenges to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team.
    Ensure precise technical guidance tailored to client requirements and contribute to strategic planning and technology integration.
