    Description

    We have an exciting opening for a Payroll Manager to collaborate with our client, the NI Housing Executive. This position is located in Belfast City Centre, on Adelaide Street.

    This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months, offering a salary of £19.81 per hour. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

    The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the payroll department, handle transactions and invoices, support investigations, assign tasks to team members, interact with other departments, resolve payroll issues, and provide training to staff.


    What We Need From You:
    • Recognised qualification in payroll accredited by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals
    • 3 years of experience managing a payroll function
    • Knowledge of gross-to-net calculations, PAYE, National Insurance, SMP, SPP, SSP
    • Experience with PSAs, P11Ds, Salary Sacrifice schemes, HMRC Expenses taxation & exemptions
