Description
3rd Line IT EngineerHybrid (flexible)
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from junior support teams.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, along with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of service levels.
Providing 3rd line support - resolving hardware & software issuesTechnical escalation point for less senior staff members.
Maintain and improve IT documentation.
Experience providing 3rd line support.
Knowledge of Windows based systems.
Strong understanding of security & networking principles
