As an Assembly Technician manufacturing company, you'll be instrumental in the production process, ensuring the seamless assembly of metal components.

Your duties will involve interpreting blueprints, utilizing various tools and equipment, and contributing to the creation of high-caliber metal products.


Responsibilities:


Assembly of Metal Components:


  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately to assemble metal components precisely.
  • Utilise hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to join, fasten, and assemble metal parts effectively.

Quality Control:


  • Inspect finished assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and address any defects or issues encountered during the assembly process.

Safety Compliance:


  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Utilise personal protective equipment (PPE) properly and report any safety concerns promptly.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate closely with team members, including engineers and fellow technicians, to achieve production goals.
  • Communicate efficiently to address challenges and propose improvements in the assembly process.

Efficiency and Productivity:


  • Strive to meet production targets while upholding highquality standards.
  • Identify and recommend process enhancements to enhance efficiency.

Your Technical Skills:


  • Ability to accurately use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Your Attention to Detail:


  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precise assembly of metal components.
  • Capability to promptly identify and rectify quality issues.

Your Communication:


  • Possess good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Your Commitment to Safety:


  • Demonstrate a commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines diligently.

Working Hours:


  • Fulltime position.
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Friday:
7:00 am to 2:00 pm.


Salary Range:


  • Salary ranging from £22,000 £24,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
