We're excited to be recruiting for a new Tenancy Support Service Team Assistant to join our Tenancy Support Services Assistant Team on a permanent basis

This position will be based from our Yeovil office.


As a team we work closely alongside our Welfare Benefit Officers and Tenancy Support Officers, supporting colleagues and customers across the whole geography of our business.

We support with grant payments to customers and are a vital point of contact for the DWP, so a basic knowledge of Universal Credit and Housing Benefit would be good, but not essential.


You will work closely with numerous teams around Abri you should have great IT and people skills to support colleagues and customers with the administration of our services.

You'll keep accurate customer records to ensure continuity of service through the business.

Remember, we don't just want to do things the way they've always been done, we want to do things even better This means you will work closely with numerous teams around Abri and keep accurate customer records to ensure continuity of service through the business.
