Description
A leading provider of smart hospitality tech and digital solutions is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join their team in Manchester.
This role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £40K.As part of their field sales team, you will be responsible for building up a sales pipeline and converting leads into qualified prospects, and creating and generating new business opportunities by engaging with them in the field, to showcase their products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the field 5 days a week, you will identify new business opportunities within your region and signup new clients through a tenacious market penetration
- Conduct field sales, for which additional expenses will be covered, such as fuel costs
- Fully understand the capabilities of the EPOS system and adopt a consultative sales approach to provide the best solutions to customers
- Run Demos with potential customers to showcase the system and its benefits
- Proactively look for cross and upsell opportunities
- Understand the Hospitality robot offering, actively targeting new and existing customers across all sectors
- Analyse opportunities and challenges in own region and provide ongoing support for customers
- Work towards various KPIs and targets across New Business and Account Management
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in the CRM
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment, friendly competition & team spirit
- Be their brand ambassador creating awareness of their business proposition
Required Experience:
- Must be able to demonstrate a track record of successful B2B field sales
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Confident relationship builder
- Tenacious and resourceful in sales approach
- Highly articulate, able to present and communicate complex concepts in simple English
Required Skills:
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results
- Highly organised, selfmotivated and punctual
- Relevant Hospitality sales/POS experience or a network is an advantage
- A motivated, selfstarter with a desire to learn, develop and take full ownership of projects
- A resultsdriven individual. Flexible and able to quickly adapt to change whilst remaining resilient
- They need confident individuals that enjoy speaking to people and have a great attitude
