Requirements:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
• 3 years' recent experience working with children, with at least 1 year at a senior level.
• Supervision or management experience.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership skills and emotional resilience.
