_Our client is keen to appoint a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk their small team.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of raw materials, managing orders and ensuring precision in measurements and quantities.

Your attention to detail and organisational skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of the business operations._

- £23,400 per annum, with a review upon probation

Responsibilities:


  • Accurately input data related to raw materials, including inventory levels, supplier information and expiration dates into the designated systems.
  • Record and update information on production schedules, ensuring all data is uptodate and reflects the latest changes.
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately, verifying details such as product specifications and quantities
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and resolve any discrepancies in a proactive manner.
  • Verify and record measurements and quantities of raw materials received, used in production and dispatched for delivery.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in product specifications and adherence to recipes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams/suppliers, including production, procurement and customer service, to ensure seamless information flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment and other key performance indicators as required.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Data Entry or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
