_Our client is keen to appoint a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk their small team.As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of raw materials, managing orders and ensuring precision in measurements and quantities.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data related to raw materials, including inventory levels, supplier information and expiration dates into the designated systems.
- Record and update information on production schedules, ensuring all data is uptodate and reflects the latest changes.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately, verifying details such as product specifications and quantities
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and resolve any discrepancies in a proactive manner.
- Verify and record measurements and quantities of raw materials received, used in production and dispatched for delivery.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in product specifications and adherence to recipes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams/suppliers, including production, procurement and customer service, to ensure seamless information flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment and other key performance indicators as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
