    Traffic Engineer

    Location: Slough

    Salary: Up to £36,000

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical assistance on various consultancy projects
    • Create high-quality technical reports and designs following industry standards
    • Conduct on-site visits to collect essential data
    • Analyze survey data on traffic patterns, pedestrian behavior, and public transport usage
    • Maintain updated and quality-assured project files
    • Collaborate with colleagues from different fields to expand your skill set

    Requirements:

    • A relevant degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
    • Membership or working towards membership of a professional institution
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in traffic engineering or a related field
    • Solid understanding of highways and traffic engineering principles
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
