    Given the elevated risks posed by our products and services, you will need the ability to review client Financial Crime Systems and Controls frameworks, identify deficiencies respectively and mitigate associated risks.

    You will be expected to conduct client MLRO interviews, deep dive into client business models, identify downstream risks and apply targeted Enhanced Due Diligence where appropriate.

    You will also be expected to present investigation findings succinctly to Senior Stakeholders, relaying key information on risks and mitigating actions for leadership approval.

    Complete Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on prospective and existing clients with varied risk exposure.
    Create presentations on proposals to accept or decline a client based on financial crime concerns.
    Maintain internal records on financial crime matters.
    Support on ad hoc projects relating to financial crime operations.
    Review payment flows to identify potential downstream risks.

    Experienced in anti-financial crime regulatory requirements in the UK and Europe
    Enhanced Due Diligence and transactional analysis with respect to correspondent banking, MSBs, PSP's and Virtual asset businesses.

    The ability to effectively apply a Risk Based Approach.
