- Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive proposals outlining project benefits, strategic alignment, impacts, and recommendations, while assisting in business case preparation.
- Requirements Elicitation: Gather requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and surveys, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and needs.
- Solution Identification: Analyse gathered information to identify solution options in terms of organization, processes, or systems, and make informed recommendations based on analysis.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations, and building collaborative relationships, while also collaborating with IT and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and requirements.
