Description
A flexible and hybrid Recruitment Administrator position which allows home working alongside presence in their Bristol based office.

A temporary position (3-6 months) which offers a competitive salary.

Description


The purpose of this position is to support the recruitment of 100+ new roles needed to support the organisation in achieving their goals.


Recruitment Administrator:
Organise and co-ordinate recruitment for individual and multiple roles as part of a wider recruitment campaign

Assist with uploading vacancies and results into vX (Applicant Tracking System) and liaising with GRS (Government Recruitment Services Team)

Assist with panel selection and support

Schedule and help to prepare for sifting and interviews

Support administrative and transactional aspects of the recruitment process including onboarding

Support the Recruitment and Training Lead with other tasks as required

Work closely with HR and Training Teams and External Suppliers as required


Profile

Recruitment Administrator:
A thorough understanding of recruitment procedures and practices, with direct experience of supporting and delivering multi-role recruitment campaigns

Ability to plan and produce work accurately and effectively by utilising strong organisational skills

Experience of working collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment to achieve results

Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple business areas


Job Offer
Flexible working - only needed in the office 1/2 times a week at most

Competitive salary

Potential for contract to be extended
