    Description
    4X React Engineer Roles

    Job Summary:

    We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for passionate and talented React Engineers to join a dynamic and innovative digital agency.

    This exceptional chance is perfect for developers who are eager to dive into greenfield projects using the latest React technology stack.

    We are currently looking to fill four positions, ranging from Junior to Senior levels.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop new user-facing features using React.jsBuild reusable components and front-end libraries for future useTranslate designs and wireframes into high-quality codeOptimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersParticipate in code reviews and help maintain code quality and best practicesRequirements:Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelThorough understanding of and its core principlesExperience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScriptExperience with data structure libraries (e.g., )Knowledge of RESTful APIsFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

    Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsA knack for benchmarking and optimizationAdditional Qualifications for Senior Roles:
    Experience in leading a development teamProven ability in project management and mentoring junior developersAdvanced understanding of React patterns and best practicesCapability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
