I am excited to be working with a fast-growing, values-led, plant-based business that has been going from strength to strength over the recent years and are currently looking to add a Senior Planning Manager to their team.

This is an extremely exciting opportunityfor an experienced supply chain leader to join a team of impressive supply chain experts and take ownership of the production and supply planning function for the whole business.

In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to get stuck in and willbe involved in a wide variety of exciting projects.

About the role:

Lead, develop and grow a team of production planners
Ensure the right product is available, in the right quantities at the required time
Own external senior relationships with all manufacturers (UK and Internationally based) and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams internally
Support with NPD delivery plans
Lead future growth and expansion plans for supply and production planning area
Control spend and focus on unlocking costsaving opportunities across supply chain

About you:

Minimum 4 years of experience working within supply chain planning (ideally within Food/FMCG)
Minimum 2 years of people management experience and passion for building and developing teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence
Natural problem solver with great multitasking skills
Comfortable working in fastpaced environments
