    Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a unique Corporate Tax Director opportunity on behalf of a leading firm in Central Leeds.

    Perfect for an ambitious CTA/ ACA Senior Manager or Associate Director looking for the next step up in their career towards becoming Tax Partner.

    You will be working with an impressive corporate client portfolio involving a mix of tax planning and advisory projects, compliance services and business development.

    The ideal candidate will enjoy client facing work with plenty of experience working with OMBs, international companies also beneficial.
    Excellent remuneration & benefits package, work life balance, company bonus and a personal progression plan to Equity Partner.

    The Role:

    Managing a diverse corporate tax portfolio
    Managing and supporting the successful delivery of ad hoc tax advisory projects
    Advising companies of their tax liabilities
    Provision of advisory services in areas such as R&D, Patent Box, Transfer Pricing, EIS/SEIS, Transactional work, Restructuring and Share Schemes
    Review of tax compliance.
    Research and planning on specific projects
    Business development
    Leading client meetings
    Mntoring junior staff
    Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

    You:

    ACA or CTA Qualified
    Corporate or Mixed tax background from UK practice
    OMB experience (ideally)
    Corporate tax advisory & compliance expertise
    Strong communication skills
