You may know of some of our clients like BT, Skyscanner, Bank of America, and Deliveroo. The role offers an opportunity to work with our fantastic client base.You'll be helping them to create an exceptional experience for their employees, enabling them to recruit and retain the very people who will in turn deliver their own strategic ambitions.
The role will require you to understand our clients' demographics and objectives, and present them with tailored solutions to maximise employee engagement.
Alongside this, you'll need to develop a strong understanding of our market-leading product, OneHub, ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Designing basic benefits for our Clients
Requesting and chasing of benefit rates
Updating the site for any required text and PDF changes
- Testing; including writing tests and data mining case scenarios, liaising with internal and external parties regarding queries and performing retests as required
Data analysis based on system information
Key musts:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail
Good presentation skills
- Good Excel skills
You'll be educated to degree level or equivalent, effective at building relationships, detail-conscious, and resourceful in your approach to identifying and responding to opportunities and challenges.
As part of the role you will receive training on employee benefits and you would benefit from an interest in understanding the structure and tax treatment of benefits.
While this role will be worked predominantly on an office or hybrid basis, we are looking for someone who is able to attend the Southampton office on a minimum of 1 day a month basis.

Online tests in numeracy and verbal reasoning
