Senior Site Manager, No.1 on site
Location:
Tandridge, Surrey
About the Role:
As the No.1 Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding traditional build units, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of the construction project from inception to completion.
Lead and motivate on-site teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labor to achieve project milestones and targets.
Implement robust site management procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and building regulations.
Oversee all aspects of site operations including programming, procurement, cost control, and resource management.
Liaise closely with the project team, consultants, and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or queries in a timely and professional manner.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice on-site
Requirements:
Extensive experience in site management within the residential construction sector, with a proven track record of delivering traditional build projects to a high standard.
Excellent technical knowledge of construction methods, processes, and regulations.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid :
