Job Title: Business Analyst (Migration Specialist)
Location: Leicester, UK (90% remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum - FTC

Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst specialising in migrations, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation's migration project. You will be responsible for leading migration projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and maximising the value of our migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end migration projects, from initial planning and scoping to execution and post-implementation review.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable migration plans.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and data, identifying potential challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Develop comprehensive migration strategies, including data mapping, process optimisation, and change management.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications.
Monitor migration progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of migrations and identify areas for further improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on migrations within the Tech or SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record of delivering successful migration projects on time and within budget.
