    Description
    Meadowfield School is looking to appoint an innovative and inspirational special needs teacher for our developing Sixth Form Provision.

    The successful candidate will require a range of essential skills in delivering a curriculum based on Preparing for Adulthood for young adults with a range of special educational needs.

    We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our highly skilled team, making a difference to our young adults with profound, severe and complex needs.

    We offer a range of opportunities to ensure our students are prepared to be successful in their next steps, whether that be college, the world of work, apprenticeships, a volunteer role or a fully supported environment.

    Duke of Edinburgh Award, employability and careers education, life skills, a range of accreditations, work experience and much more.

    Experience of working in a special needs setting and teaching young people with ASD as well as learning difficulties is desirable, but not essential.
