£26k plus commission
Uncapped commission structure with earning up to 30% of what you bill

Expectations of a day to day Entry Level Recruiter:

Manage the full end to end recruitment process (full training provided)
Attend and host specialist market events
Build and nurture specialist market communities
Be brand ambassador for Empiric
Be a key part of their current and future growth plans
2:1 from a Top University and or sales experience
Extremely motivated and financially driven
Commercially savvy + switched on
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Competitive when working towards targets
