Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership

  • Lead the MRC Sales division, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for business growth and market share in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture Clevel client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and align company solutions to drive value and customer satisfaction.

Industry Expertise

  • Leverage extensive industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods to position WNS as a strategic partner and solution provider.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Global Market Expansion

  • Drive global sales initiatives, exploring and expanding into new markets within MRC domains.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for seamless global service delivery.

Team Leadership

  • Provide strong leadership to the MRC Sales team, fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within MRC industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
