Job Summary:
Are you an engaging, collaborative and compassionate individual with a proven record as a caseworker delivering gender-specific and trauma responsive interventions, which supports helping men to find work or training and supporting them overcome barriers to doing this?
If so, St Giles is looking for fluent Albanian speaker with an understanding of Albanian culture and community to join us a
Link Worker and to deliver our holistic and trauma-informed service in the Norwich area.

About this key role
We will count on you to create a safe and trusting environment, using trauma informed practice to facilitate a supportive and constructive relationship with service users and to deliver a range of interventions to service users which contribute towards the achievement of helping them find work, volunteer placements, or training.
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with external agencies who can assist in achieving prescribed outcomes for service users and working towards contractual targets and outcomes within agreed timescales are also key elements of this role.
What we are looking for
- Experience in engaging successfully with challenging people
- Proven record of delivering onetoone and group coaching solutions
- Experience working with partner agencies as part of a multiagency team
- Fluent Albanian speaker with an understanding of Albania culture and community
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload
- The ability to assess a client's needs and provide tailored, personled support
- Excellent interpersonal, relationshipbuilding and communication skills, both verbal and written
