    My client based in Aylesbury town centre, are looking for Claims Handlers to join their growing team


    The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, have a positive can-do attitude and be confident in speaking to people at all levels.

    In addition, you will need to be able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.


    Duties:
    Answer incoming calls
    Processing claims
    To act as the main point of contact for customers and clients
    Check that supplier estimates and invoices are equal with the cause and extent of damage reported by customers and insurers
    Use recommended price tables, digital photos, questioning techniques and policy documents to determine the appropriateness of estimates
    Updating jobs correctly on in house system

    Handling low level complaints Previous experience of working within claims or CII qualification is not essential for this role but is advantageous.

    This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
