Responsibilities in your new role as the Chef de Partie

Demonstrate proficiency across all kitchen stations and the ability to independently manage a section.
Assist senior chefs in mentoring junior team members.
Support management in stock takes, organisation, and inventory management.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance service quality and departmental revenue.
Ensure consistently high standards of quality are maintained.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role of Chef de Partie, you will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting, with rosette experience considered advantageous but not required.

We seek individuals with a positive attitude, dedicated to building up, encouraging, and supporting the team.

Attention to detail is crucial, and a passion for all aspects of food and cooking, coupled with awareness of current trends, is highly valued.
