    Head of Solutions TechnologyHarrington Starr are excited to partner with a leading global top tier multi asset brokerage house who are looking to hire a Senior Head of Solutions Technology based in their London office.

    Working closely with key senior stakeholders, this represents an exceptional opportunity for someone to play an instrumental part in the continued seamless delivery of their solution offering, covering Structured Products specifically.

    ResponsibilitiesSet and guide strategic technology direction for the business line.
    Optimize relevant technology resources in alignment with business objectives.
    Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize technology delivery and service.
    Maintain alignment with core technology strategy during change initiatives.
    Contribute to technical direction, evaluating third-party tools and products.
    Create and manage project epics with clear acceptance criteria and reporting.
    Oversee projects to ensure efficient delivery within budget and schedule.
    Ensure infrastructure and systems meet production standards and are well-documented.
    Ensure compliance with FCA authorization and operational risk frameworkSkills RequiredStrong understanding of structured products in financial institutions - essential.

    Familiarity with Cross-Asset Derivatives (Equity, Commodity, FX, Rates, Credit).Knowledge of vendor systems like Sophis, Calypso etc for Structured Product Trade Lifecycle.

    Ex-developer background, experience managing Dev teams ideally. Experience in vendor management, including large projects.
    Product development experience in Agile environments.
    Skilled in stakeholder management and business analysis.
