Recruitment Consultant - Manchester - 25k ( 35k OTE) - Hybrid WFH
Recruitment Consultant - 25k (Basic) + Commission ( 35k OTE)

Location - Manchester City Centre
Working Hours - 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 4:30pm Friday
Flexible Working - Every Friday working from home

As a Recruitment Consultant at EVEREC, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within the EV industry.

You will work closely with EV companies ranging from start-ups to established corporations to understand their hiring needs and culture, while also cultivating relationships with skilled professionals seeking opportunities in this exciting field.

Collaborate with EV companies to define hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to their needs.

Build and maintain a network of qualified EV professionals through various channels, including networking events, social media, and industry partnerships.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities using our internal systems and tools.
Knowledge of the Automotive / EV Charging / Electric Vehicle (EV) / Renewables industry and a passion for sustainable technologies would be beneficial but not essential
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
