We are looking for a Digital User Experience Lead to join our BSI team.
The User Experience (UX) Practice covers the development and improvement of client-centric journeys across BSI's Group digital properties, ensuring that the experiences are optimised for delivery across channels and meet relevant KPIs. The team also support and enable localisation of experiences for global markets, developed in collaboration with regional and country teams to ensure best practice.
The Digital User Experience Lead will act as the bridge between our external agency and internal teams, to implement and translate the digital brand into the key user experiences for the marketing ecosystem. Also, as a Digital User Experience Lead, you will be working with stakeholders under the guidance of the Head of User Experience to support and advocate the redesign of the brand and how it delivers to BSIs clients by applying user-centric methodologies
