    Description

    Work responsibilities:

    • Office based work
    • Produce paperwork for all engineers attending works as scheduled
    • Collate and Collect engineer's paperwork (Time sheets / Holiday Requests / Overtime and Expenses)
    • Arrange overnight accommodation and travel for engineers as required.
    • Manage company communications (Memos / Health and Safety issues)
    • Liaise with clients (and patients) to schedule works and provide required documentation as required.
    • Produce and Send Method Statements and Risk Assessments as required.
    • Manage Service Contracts, plan and schedule works to coincide with stock and materials deliveries.
    • Complete Audits for all member organisations (Safe contractor / Avetta / ISO)
    • Organise Engineer Training and certifications (CSCS / DBS / Manual Handling etc) and keep Training Matrix updated.
    • Keep CRM system updated with all company and contact details and all orders received and placed.
    • Excel word are essential
