    Description
    The Classic Prop Hire Company is a major prop hire group supporting international film, TV and events sectors.
    We are looking for a motivate and energetic self-starter to join us as Loading Bay Team Leader.
    You would take a frontline role in organizing and overseeing the day to day operations of the Classic Modern loading bay.
    As the team leader, you would be responsible for managing the loading bay, coordinating all deliveries and supervising the rest of the loading bay team.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    ·To act at the first point of contact for the Classic Modern loading bay

    ·Coordinate a high volume of deliveries and dispatches within tight time frames

    ·Supervise the picking and checking of stock for accuracy and condition prior to dispatch and during return

    ·Methodically keep a photographic record of all stock prior to dispatch and record any damages during return

    ·Wrap and pack all stock prior to dispatch

    ·Effectively report all damaged stock, and return all stock onto the internal computer system

    ·Organize the return of stock to the Classic Modern warehouse

    ·Actively support the Classic Modern manager to deliver in house displays and stock photography

    ·Ensure the loading bay is kept clean and tidy

    ·Assist the both the Classic Modern and Classic Prop Hire teams with additional ad-hoc tasks when necessary

    ·Implement and maintain Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and report any action as is necessary

    Qualifications & Skills

    ·Be well organized, adaptable, and proactive in a busy and varied role

    ·Be physically fit and capable of manual lifting

    ·Be an excellent team player with wonderful management skills

    ·Have excellent communication skills

    ·Have an enthusiastic can-do attitude

    ·Have a high attention to detail

    ·Have a good understanding of IT systems

    ·Have an understanding and knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within a loading bay

    ·Can PAT test lighting if required (training can be given)
