Hours: 20 hours

Salary:
£10,400 per annum

Based:
Home based (with some visits to the Nottingham office)

Tenure:
Fixed term for 14 moths

The "Community Response Service" is a new and innovative collaboration between Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System and Age UK Notts to improve the quality of care of older people in the community, keeping people safe and well at home across Bassetlaw, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire County.

Do you have experience of the health and social care sector, and understand the issues facing our communities? Do you have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you have strong administration skills using a variety of digital platforms?
