Job DescriptionThe essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Chef Manager with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.
As a Chef Manager you will...
As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and proven track record for being able to manage a team with a positive ethos. While providing great food and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You will also be responsible for a retail cafe that operates within the our education setting.
You will be responsible for leading and setting the example with a hands on and can do attitude, while liaising and providing a strong knowledge to our retail cafe, working with gross profit margins, costs, and sales analysis.
