We are an ambitious startup, building the tools to empower e-commerce retailers and brands to build stronger customer engagement and loyalty through native mobile apps.
So, we created a more accessible entry point to make (and help people make) mobile apps for Shopify stores.This is an amazing opportunity for a data driven and innovative Product Manager to join our friendly yet ambitious team to help shape our roadmap and releases to ensure we are the market leader in our space.
This will be our first Product Manager hire, so a great career opportunity for someone to bring their experience and best practices to the table while being given the space and guidance to develop into a team lead and head of department as the function grows.
This role will focus on doing market, competitor and end user analysis to make data driven and qualified decisions for the direction of the productBy working closely with our Product Designer to create wireframes, requirement documentation and user stories, the development team will be well set up to understand deliverables that meet the acceptance criteria
Work closely with the dev team and their workflows to define feature and deliverables in an agile manner
Working closely with the CTO and Tech leads (iOS, Android and Web) to build the product vision, roadmap and strategy
Align with Sales and Account Management to understand the need of our customers and how the product should be sold
Complete End User Testing to ensure what has been delivered meets the requirements
You are data driven and analytical, using tools and frameworks to make educated decisions
Communication and collaboration comes naturally to you helping to make qualitative impact in support with your data
You have experience within Agile and SDLC (software delivery lifecycle)
You can act in a "scrum master" type capacity to help developers plan, prioritise and stay motivated
Proven professional experience within Software Product Development
Professional experience within the ecommerce industry either for a retail brand, ecommerce tool or agency
Understanding of Web, iOS and Android tech stacks
Bonus if you have
UX/UI and product design
