Our client a well-established Consultancy based in Lyndhurst is actively seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to grow and develop their careerwithin a talented team.

This Consultancy works on a range of developments within the Commercial, Residential, and Healthcare sectors. Projects vary from small to large developments. Our client is looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist that has experience withinat least one of these sectors.

Key responsibilities include prepare and present design proposals and detailed drawings, meeting with construction professionals, complete feasibility studies, create detailed drawings and specifications as well as attend site.

This practice uses Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis so it is essential to have an excellent working knowledge of these software's.


Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview

Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements

  • Living in or around the Lyndhurst area
  • Good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
  • All round experience within the Residential, Commercial and / or Healthcare sectors
  • Car / Clean Licence
  • Technical, Drafting and Client Facing skills
  • Relevant Degree Qualified; With Years Professional Experience
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration

  • Salary; £28k £40k (DOE)
  • Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
