The Role


The Project Management - Field Service Support is responsible for overseeing and managing Field Service activities from the initial request for quotation, planning and facilitating the onsite activity with paramount attention given to health and safety, to the final invoicing of the scope of work, the Project Management - Field Service Support is a key member of the field service team.


Main Responsibilities

  • The Project Management
  • Field Service Support is responsible for generating, revising and sending the final version of a field service or repair quotation using internal and sub supplier prices.
  • Coordination of manpower resource tooling and equipment for onsite activities.
  • Completion of HSE documentation, risk assessments and method statements as well as reviewing customer contract safety guides.
  • Managing projects within the CRM.
  • Calculating the project sales costs and to maximize the sales Gross Margin [GM] based on the applicable programs & subquotes.
  • Communication with outside sales and agents for work scope clarification
  • Reviewing the customer purchase order against our latest offer and solving potential deviations.

You can expect a market-competitive gross annual salary from £28,000 with the willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
