Our award winning client have an exciting opportunity to join their fantastic team in a hands-on varied events coordinator role.

Working to assist with a range of large events throughout the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop in a busy, excitingrole

Duties will include:
Supporting the management team with all events

Working to event timelines

Ensuring all deadlines are met and to the highest standard

Communicate with customers to ensure great service is met

Build strong relationships with key suppliers

Negotiation the best value and quality for all events

Raise invoices, credit control and data management

Liaise with the marketing team to expand attendees on events

Experience and skills required:
Great customer service skills and administration experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Excellent planning skills

A passion for events

Experience within the cycling sector
