- IT administration (network, infrastructure,servers, software applications, telecommunications, backup systems)to ensure IT operations and system availability
- Qualified support and problem analysis withtroubleshooting during operations, also for the internationalbranches
- Analysis of system requirements,identification of optimization potential
- System monitoring e.g. antivirus, firewall, security settings etc.
- Creation of technical documentation
- Telephone and cell phone installation andsupport
- Server installation andadministration (incl. storage and virtualization)
- Windows Server AD Management
- Support for IT users with hardware and software problems
- Completed training as an IT specialist in systemintegration or IT studies or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of network orsystem administration
- Very good knowledge ofcurrent IT hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, cell phones,etc.)
- Sound knowledge and confident handlingof the current Microsoft operating systems as well as experience inthe administration and maintenance of Mircosoft 365
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- High level of reliability, ability to work in a team anddiscretion
- Very good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
