Description

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and oversee cladding remediation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Site Supervision: Provide on-site guidance, coordination, and leadership to subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulations.
Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge of cladding remediation techniques, such as handling the removal and replacement of flammable cladding materials, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they emerge.
Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control measures throughout project execution, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, fostering transparent communication to manage expectations and address concerns promptly.
Team Development: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and ongoing improvement within project teams, offering guidance, mentorship, and assistance to ensure individual and collective success.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including daily progress reports, site documentation, and safety records, and generate comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Demonstrated experience in site management, with a focus on cladding remediation projects. Previous experience in brickwork construction is highly advantageous.
Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of cladding remediation techniques, including handling the removal and replacement of flammable cladding materials. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to motivate, inspire, and lead diverse teams in achieving project objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven capability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues in a dynamic construction setting, showcasing sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently while paying attention to detail.
Qualifications: Applicable qualifications in construction management, engineering, and SMSTS
Safety Focus: Dedication to safety excellence with a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction sector.
