Description

My client - a London based boutique firm specialising in corporate commercial work are currently recruiting for a number of Corporate Consultant Solicitors to join their growing team.

General corporate transactional work, either leading on smaller transactions or supporting on larger transactions
Supervising the consents and filings required at Companies House following reconstructions
Drafting and review of shareholder and investment agreements
Drafting share and asset sale agreements

Outline of fees paid -
50% for work the firm passes to you and is invoiced
80% for work you introduce and invoice
15% for work you introduce and pass to other members of the team

This role is 100% remote
