Up to £32k

Purpose of Role:


  • This is a key role within the Company's back office team, and is responsible for day to day banking management, petty cash processing, UK and foreign payments, import financing, employee expenses, and various month end tasks / reporting.
  • The person employed in this role has to have utmost integrity, and a very clear eye for detail. This is a responsible position, where deadlines can often be key, so the successful applicant needs to be comfortable with handling a busy role, whilst ensuringaccuracy.

Main Tasks & Activities:


  • Managing and processing Petty Cash
  • Foreign Payments
  • Manual Cheques
  • UK CHAPS / Other manual payments
  • Processing of trade loans / post and allocate entries for these
  • Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank financing facility
  • Monthly bank Reconciliations / revaluations
  • Processing of DD invoices
  • Daily posting of cash entries to a strict timeline
  • Month end reporting and analysis of bank charges
  • Processing of Employee Expenses (Credit Cards)
  • Processing of Employee Expenses
  • Perform part of the management accounts close
  • Month end reporting
  • Other adhoc tasks as required

About You

  • Qualifications: AAT / ACCA / CIMA Studier preferred
