Description

We are looking for a full time person (Mon-Fri 08:30am-17:30) to work as part of our service Team at National Lock & Safe.

You must have basic computer knowledge and a good telephone manner. Salary £21k-£25k depending on experience.

We are located behind Garston Park Parade Shops WD25 9EJ.

The job involves:

Using our bespoke system
Reception duties
Liaising with our customers/engineers to arrange for site visits
Taking calls from customers/engineers
Updating jobs
Dealing with everyday customer/engineer queries
After 3 month probationary period and full training you will be included onto our on call rota which is approx. 1 in 6 weeks. More info to be provided on your interview.
